Leet Haugh Residents Association

Leet Haugh is a housing development in Coldstream, Berwickshire. It consists of five phases and 100 properties, and there are two future phases planned.

The development is managed by a factor, together with the LHRA through the owners committee which consists of up to six owners who are elected each year at the AGM.

The purpose of the Leet Haugh Residents’ Association, through the Committee, is to keep Leet Haugh a beautiful, pleasant place to live, by working with the site developers, council, factors, gardeners, and others.

The Leet Haugh Residents’ Association Committee has created this site as a place for sharing relevant information with homeowners, residents and other interested parties regarding the management of the development, and will contain no confidential financial or personal information.
