AGM

This will be held at the RBLS Coldstream on Wednesday September 4th 2024 at 7p.m. We hope to see lots of you there and that some of you are considering becoming members of the Committee. All Committee members are volunteers, working for the good of all on the estate. It would be nice if all phases could be represented.

We have asked FBR Seed to send a representative.

If you have any questions, you would like answered at the AGM please send them to this email by August 20th.

The LHRA Portal

This is now live and can be accessed at

Phase 5

After considerable time spent on your behalf, we have been told that the dispute between Jamie and the lighting company has now been resolved, hopefully street lighting will soon be restored.

We are in correspondence with the developer to complete phase 5 properly so it can be handed over to FBR Seed and be included in the gardening contract.

It has come to our attention that waste soil has been dumped on the verge in Phase 5. We would be grateful if whoever did this would remove it or at lease spread it properly over the ground as it is currently in heaps and is very unsightly. It is all our responsibilities to ensure that the estate looks as tidy as we are able to make it and this type of action does not help in our endeavours to ensure that the landscaped areas are taken over in an acceptable condition from the Developer and then maintain it ourselves.’

Bin Collections

It would appear that emptying bins by hand does not apply to all bin lorries, hopefully we will continue to have a good service.

Grit Bins

The three existing grit bins are all full and the Council have recently granted us two more to help us all get around the estate once the bad weather sets in again.
