Save The Date AGM
This will be held at the RBL Hall at 7pm on Wednesday 4th September 2024.
We look forward to seeing as many people as possible that evening and would encourage you to attend.
FBR have been asked to send a representative.
If you have any questions for the Committee or FBR please submit them, by email or in writing to the Secretary by August 20th. We reserve the right to delay responses to any questions posed after that date.
Your committee are all volunteers who meet approximately six times a year, please consider joining us.
Roads/Parking
Now the better weather has (hopefully) arrived, please be considerate when driving on the estate. There are now a considerable number of children on the estate.
Please drive carefully (the 20mph speed limit applies).
Please avoid parking on pavements and verges.
Please use your designated parking or visitor parking.
The wider sections of road are supposed to be for passing places, not parking.
Waste
There has been an instance of fly-tipping onto the HH compound.
Fly –tipping is illegal, if you see this happening, please contact the Council.
May we ask people to remember to clear up dog mess, especially on pavements and the Green, where children may wish to play. Dog mess has significant health risks for children and adults.
Access
The last section of the shelter belt has now been planted. Access from the estate to the woods are via gates. If you see anyone making their own access, please direct them to the gates.
